Any item that is returned to us is returned at your sole cost (unless faulty or stated otherwise).  We are not responsible or liable for ant returned items not received  by us.


Your refund will be credited to the card or account used to complete the original purchase. (or nz bank account)   Please note that refunds to your card may take up to 10 working days to be processed and cleared by your bank.
